Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that from the date of receipt of the product, you have 14 days to submit a request for a return of the product and request a refund.
To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@emeboutique.com After assessing whether you have met the return deadline, we will send you return instructions. Please note that the return must be sent only by Lithuanian Post, to the following address: JUOZAPAVIČIAUS PR. 31-10, KAUNAS, LT-45257. Unless otherwise specified by us.
In order to be able to return the product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging that we sent you with the product. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. A screenshot of the order with all the necessary information fully visible is sufficient.
If a positive decision is made regarding your return, we will respond to your email We will send you an email with full instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), non-standard products (e.g. special orders or personalised items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund out-of-stock items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason and without giving any reason within 14 days. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund, please contact us at info@emeboutique.com.
